The Bagg Managed Resources team is currently seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Call Centre Representatives to work in the financial industry at Victoria Park and Steeles
We are currently recruiting for a variety Customer Service/Telephone specialist role.
Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week after training. Must be available to work
Hours of training can be between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Attendance to all training sessions is mandatory.
Credit Cards is a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. Recognizing that sales are essentially an extension to superior customer service, Telephone Banking uses a compliance balanced scorecard approach between sales, customer service and productivity.
As a member of the Credit Card Services Contact Centre , you will join a dedicated team of professional telephone agents who provide exceptional customer service for our cardholder clientele. Through inbound service calls, you will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of personal Visa product lines, plans and programs. Your responsibility will be to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our clients' business through cross-selling/value-add opportunities.
