Client Care Coordinator
Compensation: $14 - 15 per hour
Duration: 2 weeks (with potential to extend)
Location: Pickering

Our client, a medical device clinic and supplier, is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The objective of the Client Care Coordinator is to provide quality service to clients and effective support to the clinical staff. If you are someone with outstanding communication skills, who strives for excellent customer service, is courteous and prompt, professional and friendly, and enjoys working with seniors, this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the phone lines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Converting prospective clients into appointments
  • Providing support to the Clinicians as required, updating internal database for every client interaction
  • Receiving and confirming orders and repairs
  • Producing, filing and maintaining order of files
  • Processing mail and courier deliveries
  • Processing and submitting billing forms
  • Maintaining inventory and clinic supply levels

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in retail and/or medical services environment
  • Post-secondary education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Customer service driven
  • Interest in the health services field (i.e. Dental, Optical or Hearing clinics)
