Our client in Waterloo is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant on a short term contract

Pay Rate: $17

Requirements: Bilingual (French & English)

Work Location: Waterloo location

Work Schedule: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Contract: 2 months


  • Responsible for reviewing Monthly Mortgage Report and Death Claims Report
  • Receive and delegate EFT Reject reports via email
  • Email daily EFT transactions
  • Re-route tasks in the Claims Maintenance Kit Queue
  • Monitor and respond within 24hrs to client inquiries via Creditor Disability Team email
  • Send letters to clients/doctors/banks re:Missing claim forms
  • Following up for responses to medical requests
  • Maximum benefit
  • Closing files when initial claim forms not received
  • Requesting Proof of Employment/Income
  • Closing files when no AIMP insurance found in Genesis
  • Send faxes for analysts
  • Setting Electronic Messages as needed, ie: Request APSS, F/U deardoc, F/U overpayment, etc
  • Daily mail runs (x2)
  • Distributing manual cheques to analysts
  • Mailing disability claim packages are required
