 Administrative Assistant
Hours: Monday – Friday, 35-40 hours/week (1-hr unpaid lunch) 
Location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: 6 month contract

Our Client, a public service transportation provider, is looking for an Administrative Assistant

Details:
Hours: 35 hour work week, Monday to Friday – 1 hour unpaid lunch 
Contract: 6 months
Location: Downtown Toronto
Must have a clear criminal record
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour 

Duties:

  • Assisting the Budget Coordinator with the preparation and coordination of budget reports and correspondence
  • Assist with updating spreadsheets
  • Assist with preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist with creating monthly reports/statistics  
  • Filing and uploading files to SharePoint
  • Distributing reports
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Secondary school diploma combined with a few years of related experience working in an administrative capacity/office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Financial/Accounting background is an asset
